‍Responsibilities:       
Manage and consult on the implementation and operation of ERP systems,including financial administration, HRM, CRM, resource management, projectmanagement, and support (ticketing) systems;
Set up and configure the base ERP system, including financial, HRM, andproject management administrations;·
Configure user management and authorisation models within the ERP system;
Set up task and approval flows to optimize business processes;
Ensure the ERP system operates within its existing functionality whilemeeting the specific requirements of the business;
Build and utilize integrations (API management);
Develop new connectors and add-ons to extend ERP system functionality.

‍Requirements:
Academic degree in Informatics, Engineering, or other related field;
Proven experience in implementing and managing similar ERP systems (e.g, BSS IT or Rivilé);
Strong knowledge of APIs (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, Postman);
Proficient in .NET, JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS and/or Python;
Fluent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

● Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
● Strong knowledge of the WordPress CMS, including themes, plugins, and core functionality.
● Expertise in responsive design principles and ensuring websites are optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
● Solid understanding of web performance optimization techniques and tools.
● Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, and backlog management tools like DevOps.
● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and resolve complex technical issues.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
● Languages: Proficient in English in speech and writing.
